Return Process

  Log into your Revibe account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, ensuring all included accessories, manuals, and power cables are enclosed to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and clear any personal data, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
